Noise from the highway permeated my stay, which really disrupted any hopes of relaxation!!! Additionally, the lack of adequate room space for a couple or family fizzled out any comfort we could have enjoyed!!!

Unexpected pet restrictions dampen joy

The location offered a great gym and was conveniently located near the highway as we were just passing through.

Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the amenities together due to the dog policy, which required one of us to stay in the room at all times.

My stay here was fantastic! Having been at this location before, i was pleasantly surprised by how much better my experience was this time. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with amazing shower products. The breakfast had a great variety.

I was disappointed with the highway noise during my stay. It felt like the heavy truck traffic was right in my room, making it hard to relax. There needs to be something done to improve soundproofing or add a vegetative buffer to minimize this discomfort.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, making mornings enjoyable! The unique soap and shampoo dispensers added convenience to our stay. We also appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

The breakfast here had some bomb options that hit the spot, and I couldn't get enough of those mouthwatering French fries nearby! And shoutout to the outdoor fire pit – perfect for those chilly North Platte nights with a cozy vibe.

However, I did notice that the highway noise from heavy truck traffic was a bit of a bummer. Maybe a little extra soundproofing or some greenery could help tame that racket.

Loved the large outdoor fire pit and the unique charging lockers for devices. The design encourages social interaction with cool games like pool and Jenga.

Cleanliness was exceptional, especially for a pet-friendly room, which often have lower standards. Breakfast options were great, with fresh fruit and hot items, though the pancake line was quite long during peak vacation season. The laminate flooring felt more hygienic than carpeting, and the room decor offered a modern, cozy aesthetic. The entire facility felt well designed and inviting, making the stay enjoyable.

Absolutely loved the cozy, modern room! The bathroom products were a delightful surprise, and I appreciated how clean everything was, even the dog-friendly areas. A solid thumbs up for my stay!

However, the shower felt like a mini water park. it had two thrilling settings—'spear of truth' and 'mist of death'. At least I left squeaky clean, right?

tru by hilton was amazing! the king room was super clean, cute, and cozy. the shower products were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was friendly and really made me feel welcome. loved the fitness center too!

I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton in North Platte. The cleanliness impressed me, especially in the pet-friendly room. The breakfast options were abundant and well-presented. I found the pet policy a bit restrictive since it limited our ability to enjoy the amenities.

Request a room away from the highway to avoid noise disturbances during your stay.

the walls are pretty thin, so i heard my neighbors a lot. 🌙 but the breakfast was fresh with great coffee, and the fitness room had nice equipment. loved the laminate floors! really clean and well presented.
